About me

Listen to Ronnie's contribution to a recent Radio 4 documentary about anger.
I am a brave (mostly), honest and flawed human being who has historically struggled with anger and stress.

When I adopted a child a few years ago with my parter, I couldn't ignore these issues any more. I did a life-changing stress and anger management course and was so inspired, I trained to become a coach and facilitator myself. This work took me to explore and transform parts of myself I'd never looked at before. What's more, my partner was so impressed, he did the course after me... needless to say, we now enjoy a much happier relationship!

My professional background and qualifications
I've worked as a training consultant for many years enabling health professionals to communicate with people experiencing trauma and loss. I've developed award-winning national training programmes for the NHS and The Royal College of Midwives amongst others. After training with the British Association of Anger Management (BAAM), I founded The Anger Clinic and I'm passionate about enabling people to transform the stress and anger in their lives.

I hold a diploma in Aggression Prevention Training from the British Association of Anger Management, an Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I'm an Associate member of the CIPD and a member of the Association for Coaching.

I've worked for the British Association of Anger Management as a facilitator and coach and as a panellist and presenter for their podcast series. I've also been interviewed as an Anger Management specialist for various programmes including Radio 4 World at One.
